All of us at the William The Fourth, welcome customers who may require accessibility assistance.  It’s helpful to us if we’re able to provide customers with accessibility information in advance, so everyone is best prepared for your visit.

  • Parking – 30 minutes free parking available on William Street adjacent to the Premises. Free parking in this location after 5pm. Parking is also available at Stanley Rd car park located 150 metres away from the Premises which costs £5 until 5pm and is free after 5pm. There is 1 hour (maximum) free parking available at the Tesco opposite the Premises.
  • Public Transport – The following bus services serve the area surrounding the Premises: 20, 230, 257, 55, 56, 48 & w16. Leyton Midland Road Overground Station is an 8 minute walk away. Walthamstow Central Station is a 10 minute walk from the Premises, where there is the underground station on the Victoria Line, as well as the London Overground station.
  • Assistance – Assistance is available whilst on the premises including table service & large print menus.
  • Facilities – The premises is accessible for wheelchair users via either street access at the side door or via portable ramp at the main doors.

Guide dogs welcome.

The Manager will do their best to ensure that whenever customers with accessibility requirements are present at The Premises, adequate arrangements are made to ensure their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency, and that they are made aware of these arrangements.

Complaints procedure

In the first instance, if you’re in the pub, do ask to speak to a manager.

If you’re not happy with our response, or you’re unable to speak with a pub manager, please contact us on as soon as possible.  We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and at the latest, within seven days.
